There is no place more personally rewarding in the world of Pilates than the humble mat.

The mat gives you the space to move, but YOUR BODY IS DOING THE WORK.

If you want to get to know just what your body can do, how it moves and feels, what it loves and what challenges it – then the mat is the space for you! No fancy bells and whistles just time and space to connect strengthen and build a relationship with you.

Studio Sessions

PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE

A 1:1 session means that you have my undivided attention; Think of this as the PT of the Pilates world. Its where we can get right into the nitty gritty, targeting your personal goals, strengths, imbalances and specifically what will work the best for your body to improve your form, understanding, connection and create the most direct path to having your body feeling and performing to its full potential.

*Semi Private 1:3 - TOGETHER with your friends, family or colleagues; enjoy cheering each other on, holding each other accountable and having fun while you get moving and do something thats good for you.

Studio Circuit

Where traditional Pilates exercise meets a little athleticism; This class is a carefully mapped out course of exercises done in a timed fashion; Allowing you to work at a pace that suits you whilst using everything the studio has to offer. You will get a full body workout under careful supervision ensuring your form and safety is priority. (max 1:5)

Barre

Where things get a little spicy!

Combining traditional Pilates with basic ballet and dance style moves  (and of course a killer soundtrack) to create a fun and effective workout designed to get your heart rate and endorphins pumping.

Working with the ‘Next Gen’ is all about setting up a solid foundation of awareness, understanding and respect for our bodies so we are better equipped to use and care for them as we grow. 

 As they say knowledge is power & prevention is better than a cure.

Pilates Suspension Method

Add yet another layer to your practice by challenging your strength, stability, coordination and endurance. PSM takes both traditional and contemporary Pilates repertoire originally performed on the mat & studio equipment and applying it to the suspension apparatus.
